干涉滤光片

They are extremely narrow band or linear variable transmittance across the substrate.They are a dispersion device that allows isolation of specific wavelength from input beam in 1 to 40nm of the half bandwidths (full width half maximum) by interference of multilayer coating. The extremely narrow FWHM enhances the spectral characteristics of a laser source or detector.They are usually multilayer of dielectrics and metals.
